Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

There are 2 separate conditions in this section depending on the goods you purchase.

1. For HTE USA Products - The Chi Machine / E-Power / FIR Pad:

HTE USA offers a 14 day, 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee for all its product purchases. If you are dissatisfied with any HTE USA product for any reason, you may return that product in sellable condition in its original package and shipping container to HTE USA within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Prior to returning, you must first contact ZenKinetix to request an authorization number for any replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. You will also have to arrange the item to be returned to HTE USA directly stating the authorization number. Any returned goods without the authorization number will NOT be accepted by HTE USA.

2. For ZenKinetix Direct Products:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Thereafter your charge card statement should reflect the adjustment 5-7 business days later, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping is at your own cost and non-refundable.
