Return & Refund Policy


There are 2 separate conditions in this section depending on the goods you purchase.

1. For HTE USA Products i.e. The Chi Machine, E-Power, etc.:

HTE USA offers a 14 day, 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee for all its product purchases. Within fourteen (14) days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the item in sellable condition with its original package + shipping container. Prior to returning, you must first contact ZenKinetix to request for a return authorization number. Refund covers the cost of the item + taxes paid, but does not include the prior shipping charged to you. You will also be responsible for paying to ship the return item back to HTE USA. Items returned without authorization number will NOT be accepted nor refunded. Once HTE USA receive and inspect the item/s, your refund will be processed within 3 working days .

2. For ZenKinetix Toothpaste Products:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Thereafter your charge card statement should reflect the adjustment 5-7 business days later, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping is at your own cost and non-refundable.
