We are an Independent Distributor of HTE USA & HTE International Group, and our Member ID is A261350. All orders are processed and fulfilled by HTE. All products will be shipped by standard Courier Service once receipt of order is processed, confirmed and payment is accepted. Orders will normally be processed within three (3) business days and will be shipped directly to the designated Ship-To address in 3-7 days for USA. International orders and shipping are processed within 7-15 days.

USA orders are fulfilled by HTE USA via FedEx, unless stated otherwise. Please DO NOT use a PO Box address to accept machine items. Due to a recent increase of stolen packages, FedEx will no longer cover the expense of lost items. HTE USA and ZenKinetix will NOT be responsible for any refund or reimbursement of lost packages. In order to protect your big item purchase, shipping for certain products have been made mandatory with Signature Requirement to accept the delivery. In case of a missed delivery, FedEx will leave a note at your door. You can contact them to reschedule a delivery or pick up at their local office. This may be less convenient for you, but it's better than losing cash on your purchase.

ALL International orders (except Canada & South America) are fulfilled by HTE International Group (from Taiwan or China) either by DHL or FedEx. Once goods are shipped, they are Non-Refundable. Please ensure that your address is correct with a valid contact number before submitting your order. PO Box address is NOT accepted. Once your order has been shipped, we can NO LONGER change or amend any shipping address. The courier service, HTE International Group and ZenKinetix will NOT be responsible for any refund of reimbursement for lost delivery due to wrong address.  

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

ZenKinetix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Proof of Purchase:

The Shipping Label for your order is reflected from HTE or Hsin Ten Enterprise. Please keep ZenKinetix's Email Order Receipt as proof of purchase for warranty purposes.  



Only HTE USA offers a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and items may be returned and refunded. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to International orders. Both HTE USA & HTE International Group offers Warranty from the date of purchase for the various products. The Owner Warranty Registration Card is included in every product package. You do not need to send the warranty card back to HTE. Once your order is processed, HTE has all the necessary information about the warranty of your machine or product in their computer system.

  • Extended Warranty: Up to 3 more years available

  • Warranty Period: 1 Year (Free) for the Machine and 6 Months (Free) for the E-Power Belt
  • Extended Warranty: Up to 3 more years available for the Machine only
    (please check with ZenKinetix on the pricing)


  • Warranty Period: 1 Year (Free)
  • Extended Warranty: Not valid

Warranty will void if the following situation occur:

  • Dissemble and repair of device from unauthorized party
  • Cause by misuse or abuse of equipment
  • Damage caused by natural calamities such as fire, earthquake, flood and lighting
  • Natural wear and tear of accessories and parts
